Can a dead Ukrainian physicist provide the ultimate sciatica treatment?

If you suffer from sciatica or other back pain conditions you will know what a negative impact it can have on your life. Well, a gentleman by the name of Moshe Feldenkrais might be able to provide you with the ultimate sciatica treatment.

Feldenkrais suffered a severe knee injury during a game of soccer in the 1940s. Doctors told him that, after extensive surgery, there would only be a 50% chance of recovery. Feldenkrais was not about to let the injury ruin his life so he set about devising a method to use exercise, movement and posture correction to improve his condition.

Others noticed his success in improving his condition and soon the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education was developed. Today the method is used in many ways including as a highly successful sciatica treatment.

Pamela Kihm’s book Stop Sciatica Now is at the forefront of using the Feldenkrais Method as a sciatica treatment. Through the book, sciatica sufferers can learn how gentle exercises and minor changes in body positioning can be effective sciatica treatments and in many cases can completely eliminate sciatica pain.

You can read more about the book in my Stop Sciatica Now product review.
