Sciatica Pain – Is it time to visit the doctor?


We all put off trips to the doctor. It is human nature. But when it comes to sciatica pain there are a few red flag symptoms that should prompt you to make that visit.
Here are just a few sciatica symptoms to look out for:

  • Your painkillers can no longer control your sciatica pain.
  • You sciatica pain is getting more severe or is spreading to other parts of your body.
  • You are starting to experience chest pains.
  • You are loosing flexibility in your body and have trouble getting up, sitting down or bending over.
  • You feel generally unwell, or you have lost a significant amount of weight.

If you are experiencing any of the above then the best thing to do is to get yourself off to your preferred healthcare provider for an examination.
